I started this site originally to hold pictures of my son, so that the friends and family could log in and have a look.

I had to take it down again after a while, because of a couple of reasons :-

1) I was a bit naive, and thought the site would be used by Nice people.
I had a forum, where passers by who had found the site could leave comments, about places that they had visited in portugal.
I foolishly let anonymous guests post items, only to find that some clever [censored] seemed to need to put links to every rude site that he knew about. and some of my family were offended at the content.
That had to be rectified.

2) I started with the best of intentions.
I was going to be posting news, stories and articles often, but with the birth of a son, there was little or no time left at the end of the day that wasn't spent helping my lovely wife to clear up the aftermath. This is still the case!!

So, I will endeavour to put things up here occasionally.
Please drop by every now and then.
